| I was looking for the Lyrics of this Song as I loved it since a little Child way back in the 1950ties and did not know the words, and then stumbled on your Excellent site.I have been listening to the various versions in German English and French,but I think the best version is by Marlene Dietrich in German followed by Lale Anderson.I shall come back to this site again to listen to other Songs Thank you very much Danke. | Ich habe mir diese wunderschöne Sammlung schon über 10 Jahren entdeckt. Alle 2-3 Monate komme ich wieder zurück zu stöbern, habe aber den Gästebuch schon sehr lange nicht aufgesucht, so habe ich mit großer Trauer erst jetzt erfahren, daß Herr Peterson verstorben ist. Ich denke mit Dankbarkeit an ihn und an seinen Sohn, der diese Seite weiter betreut.
