British Columbia is known far and wide for it's rain. This is where you find Henderson Lake with 22 feet of annual rainfall.
In Sechelt, however, it only rains half an inch during a summer week which keeps everything green.
The average sunshine is 7 hours a day at 60 degrees. Of course there are also the occasional weeks of 85 degree weather.
In winter it rains twice as much with half the sunshine. Up to 25 days the temperature might hover close to freezing and occasionally even go below freezing for a few days, just to remind us of the winter.
Snow falls seldom and always melts in a day or two.
The same wardrobe will serve you, summer or winter.
